Huafa New Town Residential District

A large-scale development in Zhuhai in the province of Guangdong, Huafa New Town is surrounded by the Qianshan River along its eastern and northern boundary. Within this site, a neighbourhood consisting of precincts was introduced. In addition to high-end and medium-high density housing of more than 5,000 units, facilities such as a primary school, clubhouse, shopping mall and a park by the river, designed by landscape designer Belt Collins, were introduced. Due to its liveable environment, the development remains highly sought after even though it was completed almost 20 years ago.
