Guilin Watermark Residential District

Hills stretch to the north, and nearby, the Li River flows. This is the site for the Guilin Watermark Residential District, situated in southeast Guilin. Made up of 50 bungalows spread across nine unit types, the project has a contemporary architectural language and a touch of traditional Miao Zhu character. Each home has views to the natural landscape, with floor areas ranging from 300m² to 800m² spread across three floors. Lush gardens within each plot are designed to complement the unique architecture of the bungalows, which include modern conveniences and facilities like lifts, motor garages and lap pools.
