Ten-League Heavy Vehicle Logistics HQ

This project is a continuation of the previously abandoned development at Benoi, Singapore, for Ten-League. The earlier site was unable to accommodate the Client’s heavy vehicle fleet on a single level due to space constraints.

In contrast, the new site offered sufficient capacity, eliminating the need for a ramp-up parking solution. The revised brief focused on renovating the existing office facilities and extending them to support the Client’s growing operations. The existing warehouse was also modified to increase the internal ceiling height, enabling truck maintenance activities.

Envisioned as the regional headquarters for the Client’s business, the development includes a newly designed administrative building to house executive offices, upper management suites, and multiple meeting rooms to support operational needs.

The design approach adopted a modern industrial aesthetic, paired with a fresh and green expression that aligns with the Client’s brand values—pragmatic, future-oriented, environmentally conscious, and operationally efficient.
