Strategically located at 4 Pandan Crescent and along West Coast Highway, LOGOS E-Commerce Hub transforms the previous three-storey industrial property into a modern six-storey ramp-up facility, catering to the growing e-commerce sector. Its rare, large warehouse footprint of 18,000 m² on each floor can accommodate a wide spectrum of e-commerce uses, from conventional racking systems to high-density storage, and from automated sortation systems to last-mile services. The building is a contemporary expression of modern industrial functions and architectural design. Its exterior consists of glass and steel cladding in gradations of grey and white. The steel cladding is distinctively sloped at an angle, resembling giant louvres at low, mid and high levels of the façade on each floor. These not only provide visual interest but also help to cool the internal spaces through natural ventilation. Through sustainable design considerations and construction, the development has been awarded BCA’s prestigious Green Mark Platinum Award.
