Kah Chuen is an Advisor at MORROW with a focus on the visioning, development management and investment feasibility of large-scale urban developments.
Kah Chuen started his investment career in real estate as an associate under the real estate investment team at Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, Temasek Holdings, where the focus was on real estate private equity deals. He subsequently pivoted to the underwriting of asset level development opportunities at developers such as City Developments Limited (CDL) and Ascendas-SingBridge (subsequently acquired by CapitaLand). At Ascendas-SingBridge, he was the project unit head for the Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City, a 123 km2 project in China, where he also led the turnaround for the project. At Surbana Jurong, he led its Development Advisory team to develop business plans for similar urban development projects in Ho Chi Minh, Shenzhen and Queensland.
He was most recently the Executive Director for Real Estate Investments and Asset Management at a PIF Projects Company, where he worked on the development of a new urban centre in Riyadh.
