Chuen Ming is an Economic Development and Investment Promotion Consultant at MORROW. He started his career at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), and subsequently built up 20 years of international experience advising governments and development partners in Southeast Asia, Middle East and Latin America on area revolving around the planning, development and investment attraction for economic zones.
He was most recently the Director General & Special Economic Zone (SEZ) expert in Saudi Arabia’s lead SEZ regulatory authority, leading efforts to assess new economic zone opportunities as part of the Kingdom’s economic diversification strategy.
