Peggy Chai


Peggy is a director at MORROW and an Architectural Qualified Person with more than 20 years of experience. She has led and completed landmark projects both locally and overseas, inclusive of significant large-scale Infrastructure and Transportation buildings like Marina Bay Cruise Centre and the planning of Woodlands Checkpoint in Singapore. Her overseas portfolio includes mixed-use high-rise twin towers in Batam, Indonesia, Shangri-la New Town Center Urban Design in Yunnan, and the design of recreation and cultural park at the historical mountainous site of Qingshui Master Temple in Yongchun, China.

Peggy has a wide range of skills in both urban design and architectural projects, ranging from feasibility studies to design and construction project management in mixed-use development, hospitality, recreation and wellness, educational, residential, and museum projects.
